From Mar, 23 to 25, part of our staff attended an outside training which held in Shantou.
The Leadership Academy provides intensive training for our staff.
Our training objective is to raise enterprise staff's positive initiative, enhances the centripetal force, promotion working efficiency and enhancement enterprise's international competition strength.
The curriculum has mainly trained the business management, the courtesy, the eloquence, the physical ability, the courage and so on.
Through the training curriculum, all of our staff learned the foundational skills, such as communicating effectively, managing workload responsibilities. The most important point is our team spirit.

| Apr, 4, our staff participated in the fire drill. This training organizes by our voluntarily. The training main goal is to let the staff know how to put out the fire and help themselves. Through the training, our staff studies the more fire fighting knowledge. |
